Howell Rebels AYFC & NJAYF Move to 100% Digital Registration
Howell Rebels AYFC and New Jersey Association of Youth Football are excited to announce that we are transitioning to a fully digital registration process.
Our goal is simple: eliminate paper forms and make registration easier, faster, and more convenient for our families.
What to Expect During Online Registration
All required forms will now be completed electronically as part of the online registration process. As you answer the registration questions, the necessary documents will be generated and submitted digitally.
To ensure a smooth experience, please have the following information ready before starting:
- Medical information
- School information
- A clear copy or photo of your athlete’s birth certificate
- A recent photo of your athlete
These items are required to complete your online account and officially begin the registration process.
After Initial Registration
Once your initial registration is complete, you will only need to upload the following documents when they become available:
- Athlete’s most recent report card
- Medical clearance form
